Patterns for Celestial Cloth could be found as a drop from creatures in Pandaria. Items All permanent item enhancements provided by Enchanting , Engineering , Leatherworking , Tailoring , and various vendors and quests are now able to be applied to items of any level. This means all enchantments can now be applied to heirloom items.

High level enhancements applied to items equipped by low level players have their power scaled down to be similar to enhancements intended for that level range. Low level enhancements applied to items equipped by high level players do not grow further in power beyond their intended level range. Adjustments have been made to Mists of Pandaria faction quartermasters. Epic quality purple Valor Points items sold by all other Mists of Pandaria faction quartermasters no longer have reputation requirements, and will now cost Justice Points instead of Valor.

I would LOVE to see the reasoning on this. Didn't us Hunters complain about Silencing Shot being MM exclusive for the longest time and then praise Blizzard for making it, at the very least, accessible to other specs? So the only way virtual realms aren't a server merge is that you get to keep your character name? Well, and the words "server merge" make an MMO look like it's failing, so they're going to name it something else so that people think it's something different?

I know right Gonna suck for PvE too. Too often in LFR I'm the only one interrupting the baddies. They're taking Silencing Shot away from us and banishing back to the realm of being MM only? Welp, guess no one is going to be using it ever again. So with Virtual Realms will there be a list posted down the road that shows what realms will be combined? Not happy about losing Kil'jaeden's Cunning as a passive ability.

So Is my balance druid weaker at each new patch? This is insane The only way what a druid will get better is on next expansion?

If you think your class is the worst, than you aren't playing it right. Druids are so freaking OP right now.
