What if you need to open an almost ready PDF file which is made by some other company? Sure you can create HTML code for these pages too, but do you get one single file if you need to edit only page 2 and 5 from 8 pages?

All the php to pdf librarys are great to work with only if you are not intending on creating active forms. Give it a try an share your experience if you like.
